About Rupinder
Dr Rupinder Chahal is a UK-trained Consultant Ophthalmologist and Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, with 15 years of NHS experience.

Her broad experience in ophthalmic surgery, including complex cataract surgery, together with dedicated training in oculoplastics, forms the foundation of her specialist practice. At the clinic, she offers a range of treatments including eyelid surgery, periocular aesthetics and advanced dry eye management. Committed to advances in ocular surface care, she also offers a specialised treatment protocol incorporating bipolar radiofrequency therapy for meibomian gland dysfunction.
An artist by nature, Dr Chahal brings a perfectionist's eye for detail to her surgical work, combining technical precision with an instinctive approach to facial harmonisation. She strives for natural, balanced outcomes that preserve function and respect each patient's individuality.
Warm and approachable, she takes time to understand each patient's concerns, offering a holistic, personalised approach to treatment and providing care from consultation through to recovery.
Born and raised in Wales, Dr Chahal enjoys exploring the Welsh coastline with her family. With a love of art, music and languages, she can often be found painting to the sounds of heavy metal.

Heavy Upper Eyelids

Eyelid Lumps & Skin Tags
Precise removal and reconstruction of benign and suspicious eyelid lesions, chalazia and skin tags.
Watery Eyes
Assessment and treatment for persistent watering, including punctoplasty.
Eyelid Twitching & Spasm
Consultation for involuntary eyelid or facial spasm, including blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm.
Dry, Gritty or Sore Eyes
